Kokoon Pueblo

Kokoon is a low-density boutique development inspired by the towns of Yucatán made up of just 4 villas and 10 apartments. All of them have a private garden, rooftop and private pool, combining the comfort and intimacy of a house with the security offered by a condominium.

All the units of the project have large spaces and all will be able to enjoy a central patio with a large pool and lounge area where vegetation is the main element.
