We have lived in Tulum for more than 15 years and we have been able to see how it has been growing little by little. It has become an ideal destination to enjoy a vacation and at the same time a great option for investors.

Marc is originally from Barcelona (Spain) and has lived in the Riviera Maya for 4 years. He has a degree in business administration and management and has experience in the commercial and financial areas. He first visited Tulum on vacation in 2017 and totally fell in love with the destination. A few months later he decided to “cross the pond” and turn his life upside down. He started in the world of vacation rentals (property management), which helped him a lot to understand what are the determining factors that a property must have to generate high investment returns.
In 2018, he and Paola decided to start the company Jaguar Tulum Real Estate with the main objective of providing a professional and honest service to each of its clients.

Paola has lived in Tulum for 20 years, she grew up in this beautiful destination surrounded by nature. She studied law and for 5 years she has been dedicated to the world of real estate. She started working in one of the largest companies at the time, where she learned a lot about the business and she also realized that she had a different vision of what real estate was in Tulum. That is why she decided to try a smaller agency where they also did property management. In this new agency, she had the opportunity to learn in more detail how properties worked as an investment business. It was then that she met Marc Pont.
Marc and Paola, Together they realized that they shared the same vision, ideals, and the same interest in helping people find their ideal property under the sole criteria of really listening to what the future owner wants and advising with up-to-date and truthful information. For that reason, they decided to become independent and created Jaguar Tulum Real Estate.
