An open floor plan will welcome you as you open the entrance door. You will notice the cocoon effect of being indoors, but never a feeling of being enclosed thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass walls along the entire living room it creates a 360º terrace.

A subtle difference in level will lead you from the public areas to the private zone, where you will find the master bedroom. The transition will be totally atmospheric through the framed natural light on both sides of the hall.

Upstairs you will find two more master bedrooms, each one with its own walk-in closet and full bathroom. Natural light and ventilation are a guarantee. It has a service area to keep close all your clean things. For these two bedrooms’ use, there is a terrace where to take a nice lunch or maybe enjoy a workout routine while enjoying the surrounding Nature.

The rooftop features a bathroom and daybeds a swimming pool, and ample lounging options for enjoying Tulum’s sunsets and starry nights. The decorations are simple and warm, with bespoke furnishings designed by the architects.
